How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking on our website – simply select the cruise you wish to book and click 'Book Now'. We will send you confirmation once this has been done. Alternatively, simply telephone our Reservations Team on 888-838-8820 - view our opening hours on our contact page. Our river cruises don't include flights, but please call and speak to a member of our team who can help with arranging travel.
Is my money protected?
We are fully bonded with the CLIA, ASTA and IATA so you can rest assured that your money is safe in any eventuality.
What’s included on my vacation?
Our fully comprehensive itineraries include all of the ‘must see’ sights and experiences your selected destination offers. Many operators sell these as ‘options’ – but on a Riviera river cruise you will miss nothing of importance. We do not sell you lots of additional excursions that just add to your overall costs. To qualify you must raise your concerns with the Riviera River Cruises cruise director and state your intention to take advantage of this guarantee within the first 24 hours of your cruise, and they will endeavour to resolve any issues. If by the end of Day Two a solution cannot be reached, Riviera River Cruises will arrange and cover the cost for you to return to the embarkation port from the next available location. We will also refund the total cost of your Riviera River Cruises vacation, although no refunds will be made for any additional costs incurred such as overnight hotels, airport travel, insurance etc.
The guarantee does not affect standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancelation policy and is superseded by our European River Cruise Assurance where relevant. Valid on cruises of 8 days or more. Further terms and conditions may apply.
